The ICAP-SIRA Internet site aims to provide a panoramic view of the company and Group and of their activities, but that without assuming any official character, on the terms and conditions specified here. Access to the site and acquisition of the materials and information contained in it constitute acceptance of the said conditions and terms. Those who do not intend to comply with these conditions and terms are invited not to access the site and not to download materials or information from it.

Property rights.

The configuration of the site and its contents (for example: information, forecasts, data, images, characters, figures, notes, opinions and analyses) are the exclusive property of ICAP-SIRA S.p.A. and rights relating to their use are reserved to the ICAP-SIRA group and are subject to the protection provided by the applicable laws, including that of copyright, author’s rights, trademarks, patents etc. The trademarks, logos and company names are the property of ICAP-SIRA S.p.A. or of companies in the Group. They cannot be utilised without the prior written consent of ICAP-SIRA. In particular, the name of ICAP-SIRA and those of Group companies cannot be used by third parties without the prior written consent of ICAP-SIRA. In particular, any use for publicity purposes without such consent is forbidden, even in the event that the third party is currently collaborating with ICAP-SIRA or other Group company in some way, including through links to the ICAP-SIRA site or to the sites of other Group companies.

Limits to utilization.

The information contained in the site may be transferred to the user’s system only for personal ends. All right to its reproduction or use for economic, commercial or industrial ends is therefore excluded.

Limits of responsability.

The information contained in this site is provided in the conviction in good faith of its accuracy and truth. However ICAP-SIRA does not provide any guarantee and declines all responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage that may derive from any possible error or imprecision or failure to update information, or from use for whatever purpose of information obtained from the site. The user is therefore invited to verify the information obtained from the site, including from institutional sources, especially if such information is taken as the basis for decisions regarding actions or activities of an economic character. Given the merely divulgation aims of the site and of the information contained in it, they cannot in any way constitute expectations or rights of any kind for third parties, and ICAP-SIRA therefore reserves the right to make modifications and changes to them as also to modify or terminate the products, services and activities there described. The ICAP-SIRA site contains links to third party sites. The existence of these links does not imply that ICAP-SIRA sponsors or is affiliated to the owners of the linked sites. ICAP-SIRA declines all responsibility for whatever is contained in the sites of third parties to which there are links and warns users that all those who decide to visit a linked site do so at their own risk, therefore assuming the burden of adopting the necessary measures against viruses or other destructive elements.

Privacy.

The data contained in the ICAP-SIRA site do not contain sensitive data as defined by Law N° 675 of 1996 on privacy. The data sent by the site user in electronic form are treated in accordance with current regulations. The owner of the treatment of the personal data is the company in the person of its Legal Rappresentative Dr. Massimo Medini, to whom every communication and notification in that regard should be forwarded. Access to the site ensures confidentiality of the name of the user, in the sense that no other user can in any way discover what user has accessed the site, what site path that other user has followed, or what information it has obtained from it. The user accepts that its name will be conserved by ICAP-SIRA for the sole and exclusive purpose of constituting a data base of those to whom any subsequent updates or information concerning ICAP-SIRA and the Group may be addressed. On written request from the user, ICAP-SIRA will arrange for prompt cancellation of its name from the data base, providing the user with written confirmation thereof.
