In addition to our well known dispersions of the ACRILEM® series, traditionally used for the production of high quality water based paints, coatings and gloss enamels for decoration and building industry in general, a new self-crosslinking, ecological and high performances acrylic polymers are added today for the wood finishing both for exterior and interior applications.

Icap-Sira has developed a new range of water-based polyurethane-acrylic hybrids polymers ACRYTHANE® for a quality finishing of parquet with low VOC and practically no NMP.

ACRILEM® IC237AG and ACRILEM® IC390 are emulsified polymers studied for enamels and water based varnishes ...
.... varnishes, that respect the new European legislation on the emissions of organic volatile substances.
Beyond offering particular effects of brilliance and brightness, they do not have any toxicity and are practically odourless.
The enamels and varnishes produced with these polymers can easily be applied both outside or in closed areas, without forcing to interrupt the activities that are carried out inside.
Of simple and flexible use and with forerunner characteristics, they create healthy atmospheres for living better in the respect of the nature and they confer enamel… to the enamel!

IDROCAP® 703TR adhesive and IDROCAP® 803TR skin are two new water based polyurethanes from ICAP-SIRA that introduces, with respect of the environment, good performances of water resistance and breathability.
Mainly developed for fabrics destined to the sportswear and technical attire, they can be applied both by coating and by impregnation.
Besides they offer particular guarantees of resistance to the washings and dry cleaning.
The mark IDROCAP® characterizes the emulsion polyurethanes of the system ICAPORE®.

IDROCAP ® is the exclusive brand that characterizes the water based aliphatic polyurethanes of ICAP-SIRA SpA.

Used in the woven finishing  to obtain special effects in the coating, impregnations, etc. with excellent resistances to washings and dry-cleaning.

The IDROCAP ® polyurethanes respects the environment where we work and where we live.

The ICAPORE® System is constituted by a range of polyurethanes, in solvent and in emulsion, for the finishing of fabrics of different nature - polyester, polyamide, cotton, bland - that makes them water proof to the adverse atmospheric agents, like rain, snow and wind, assuring, at the same time, a perfect breathability to the aqueous vapour.

This allows to manufacture heads of attire that also offer the maximum comfort under the more severe conditions of use and that have characteristics of high resistance both to aging and to  repeated washings.

All the polyurethanes of the range ICAPORE® are sealable.
